The Praises To Be Said at All the Hours
Three sets of rubrics or directives which accompany this text in the manuscript tradition suggest that these were biblical passages used by the brothers before each hour of the Office.

- Curiously none of the manuscripts attempt to correct this mistaken quotation in which Francis inverts the time sequence of the Book of Revelation.
